East Africa Store is a family-run grocer on 14 St SW serving Calgary's Ethiopian, Eritrean and Somali communities — and anyone curious about the bright, warming flavours of the Horn of Africa.

Walk in and you'll smell roasting coffee and fresh spice. Our shelves are stocked with the ingredients hard to find anywhere else in the city, and our staff are always happy to help you find what a recipe calls for.
